on the 29th of october, we met with our lawyer friend and sat down and were told how the paperwork for the adoption process was going to work.

one of the items we were all concerned most about was the attempt to serve dan (my ex husband - DANIEL MATTHEW CARMICHAEL) the notice that i was requesting that craig adopt my son daniel.

there was some initial buzz about the system in indiana requiring 80 dollars to have him officially served.

when w met to sign the papers, ROB NEWARK (our lawyer) told us he was told that my ex could be served INSIDE the jail system, all he had too do was fax over the paperwork. by that night, dan would have been served and it would be on Dan to try too get too Oklahoma, to contest the revoking of his parental rights.

i, myself, didnt see that as happening.

so, we signed the paperwork...and started the OFFICIAL BALL ROLLING on the adoption process for craig to adopt daniel.
