this is hard.

i havnt even really processed the information yet, maybe its im in shock as well...

craig called me a few minutes ago from his cell, which i thought was odd.
i answered it.
he was teleling me he was on his way home.

i asked why. i always worry its because hes been fired...because the economy is so bad now, its lies just under the surface that i worry.

and his answer was:

"yes."

it didnt hit me, i thought he was kidding.

he wasnt, i asked shy, he explained that they fired him because he wasnt making "the numbers" they wanted for DELL.
its always about quantity, how MANY you can serve as apposed too QUALITY, how WELL youve served.

i told craig, preached it too him..."DO NOT ASSUME YOURE IN A SECURE JOB WITH THIS ECONOMY"...."ONE DAY YOULL FIND YOUR FIRED."

and he was.

we need prayer.

this is a really crappy time too get fired...

hed love a job like he had for those 13 years he worked at NCR.
im not exactly sure WHAT he did, but he did it. something PC/Computer related.

i wasnt there in his life at that time, so i dont really know.

one of the 1st things he told me was we were going too go too DHS (Department of Social Services) and get signed back up on food stamps.

well need it.

our church has an EXCELLENT job program, so with enough faith and effort, craig should find another job before too long.

im a bit saddned by this news.
im thinking, when those U2 tickets come in, i might have too sell them off for money.

i have a church job thats volunteer, but still a job, that requires my use of the internet, if we lose that, ill be offline for a while and wont be able too make those updates the church would like...

daniel doesnt even know yet. hes testing at school.

my mind is whirrling and confused...
